OUR RETURNS POLICY

You have the right to cancel your order at any stage before and up to 14 working days after the item is delivered. The goods should be returned in their original packaging, be complete and in an unused, as new condition. Please enclose a copy of your invoice stating the reason for the return unless prior notification of cancellation has been received by Solway Feeders.

You will receive a full refund for the original invoice amount. We suggest that small items are returned via recorded delivery for your own protection. Please send such items to:

We will arrange the collection of larger items via our carrier.

Please note: the customer will be responsible for the costs of collection.

SHORTAGES AND DAMAGED GOODS

Any damage or shortages must be notified to Solway Feeders within 3 working days. If damage is obvious at the time of delivery, either return the goods with the carrier or sign ‘received as damaged‘. Shortages will be rectified as soon as possible. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded at our cost.
