Solway Automatic Directional Fish Feeder (1300) Description
The Solway Directional Fish Feeder introduced in 2015 is based on the successful Solway Automatic which has been tried and tested for more than 25 years. VIDEO LINK The short video shows the machine being tested on a local loch which although iced over demonstrates the distribution of feed quite well. It is available with a newly designed fish tail spreader with pre set optimum angle of spread. With the specially designed spinner plate and high speed motor housing- the standard version will spin food up to a distance of 6 meters width and length. In standard form the feeder is only suitable for low density fish feed up to 10mm diameter. It has all the features of the Solway Automatic- however for fish feeding the audible buzzer / horn is removed. This model is fitted with a new type 6 period programmable timer.
