This machine is the fastest Dry Plucker on the market today. The eleven spinning dishes are specially shaped to aid grip on the feathers and increase suction of the feathers into the machine.
The adjustable air flow makes the Quick 11 useful for beginners, and it is available in three phase and single phase (add £70 for single phase). The entire unit is made from stainless steel and cast aluminium.
The Quick 11 is powered by twin motors; one for the fan (2hp) and one for the head (1hp).
All bird species can be plucked quickly and efficiently, and the Quick 11 can do three partridges per minute or three pheasants in two minutes.
