If you have problems with vermin, this book will help you to control them. There are chapters on identifying your pest, trapping and poisoning, and plenty of illustrations and photographs.
The text includes some excellent write ups on using Mk.4 and Mk.6 spring traps, mole traps, cage trapping, larsen trapping, fox control, corbie crows, magpies, squirrels, mink, rats, stoats, weasels and mice.
This book not only contains some useful guides on setting traps, but it also explains how to build tunnels for your spring traps. It gives details on seasons, bait and methods that are simple to understand and put into practice.
We recommend this book as a great introduction to vermin control, but readers should be aware that the text is now almost twenty years old, and some chapters are now a little out of date. Always check with your local authority before setting any snare, trap or poison.
